OEM & Customisation

Your brand goes on the housing. Ours stays off it.

Most of what leaves this factory carries somebody else’s logo. If you need a detection module configured to your gases, your enclosure and your protocol, this page describes what can be changed and what cannot.

How an OEM order runs

Four steps, and the first three happen before you pay for a production batch.

01

You send the gas list

Gases, ranges, the environment the instrument will live in, and the host enclosure dimensions. A rough sketch is enough to start.

02

We propose a module

A standard model if one fits, a modified one if the housing or the channel count is unusual. The proposal names the sensing principle for each channel and the reason for choosing it.

03

Sample with your brand

A working sample with your silkscreen and your connector. The protocol document goes with it, so your firmware team can start before the sample lands.

04

Design freeze and production

Calibration fixtures are set up for your range, the burn-in profile is fixed, and the first production batch ships with individual calibration certificates.

What can be customised

Seven dimensions. If your requirement falls outside them, say so and we will tell you whether it is a project or a refusal.

Silkscreen and label Your brand on the housing, your model code, your serial number format
Housing and connector Barrel length, thread, mounting holes, cable exit, connector type
Channel configuration One to six gases, plus temperature, humidity, dust or particulate matter
Measuring range Within the limits of the chosen sensor, including ppm and ppb channels
Protocol and output RS485 Modbus RTU, UART, or a documented custom frame; 4G / LoRa / NB-IoT / WiFi / Bluetooth optional
Alarm logic Threshold behaviour, latching, relay mapping, warm-up handling
Packaging Inner box, outer carton, inserts and documentation language

Three things to know before you ask

Stated up front, because finding them out at purchase order stage wastes everyone’s quarter.

Minimum order quantities apply to custom housings, because a new barrel means a new die or a new machining setup.

We do not copy another manufacturer’s product from photographs. Send a specification, not a competitor’s part number.

Certification is carried on the module as configured. Changing the housing or the gas mix after certification means re-testing, and we will say so before you commit.

Start with the gas list.

Gases, ranges, enclosure size and target annual volume. That is enough for a model recommendation and an indicative price.
